RETURNS

Returns accepted within 12 calendar days of taking possession of the product. Before returning the product you must notify us in writing at hello@studiogitane.com. Please include details of your order to help us identify it. In order to accept the return it is necessary that the product is not damaged, and shows no signs of wear or use. When we receive the return you will be refunded the amount within 10 working days by the payment method initially used to fulfill your order. We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery. The parcel must be well secured, products properly packaged for safety during transportation. The cost of return delivery will be borne by you.
